Welcome To Fit-Talk

Are you into Fitness? Fit-Talk will keep you informed about critical information regarding fitness trends. This is a great place to exchange information for personal trainers, massage therapists, nutritionists, bodybuilders, aerobic instructors and other health related professionals.

Hi, I'm The Official Tom Wilson, I've been a fitness professional for the past 25 years in Los Angeles, California. My backround includes Manager of the Original Gold's Gym in Venice, California - formerly the home of Arnold Schwarzenegger. In 1993, I opened my first fitness center, Better Bodies, in Los Angeles, California. In 1995, SHAPE MAGAZINE rated it one of the top ten fitness centers in the world. Currently, I'm embarking on a new venture which will permanently impact the fitness industry. Stay tuned ... and welcome!

The biggest challenge facing high-performing individuals, on the road ahead, will be staying current. With the vast volumes of, and fast paced, new information landscape; a resource is necessary to accomplish this in a timely, efficient manner.

My mission will be to "cherry pick" the key information, create a headline that synopses the major point(s) of the article, then explain it in easy to understand terms. And finally, I will provide a link the complete article.

The desired goal will be the "mainstreaming" of new information at an accelerated rate. Starting Monday, November 7, 2005, Fit-Talk will become your resource for daily fitness updates.

It's been almost 6 months since my last blog. During this incubation period, I was defining a new fitness brand, the brainchild of Richard Hoefer, San Francisco based multi-media specialist, which blossomed from a progressive fitness book concept.

We mapped out an entire new online fitness universe including a community network, a fitness superstore and a lifestyle magazine. These will be introduced in the near future.
